Astra Form
Coaching work spans plans, check-ins, messages and progress. Astra Form is organized around the relationship between coach and athlete, with AI assistance designed to create reviewable recommendations.
Review is part of the product
The product specification requires high-impact AI recommendations to become actions a coach can approve, edit or reject. This is a design constraint, not a claim that every planned feature has shipped.
An actual beta delivery cycle
TestFlight shows multiple native builds with installs. Build 829 appears under version 0.1.0 with an internal test group. The public store version remains in preparation.
